Motorcraft Expands INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster Conversion Range

From Single Cab and Extra Cab conversions to specialist utility vehicles and compact expedition campers, we're developing new possibilities for the INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster.

At Motorcraft Adventure Developments, we've been busy developing our growing range of INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster conversions.
Designed and manufactured at our factory in Yorkshire, the range brings together our experience in specialist vehicle engineering, composite manufacturing and bespoke expedition builds.
Whether you're looking for a practical working vehicle, additional load space or the foundations for an overland adventure, there's plenty more on offer than a standard Quartermaster.
Single Cab Conversion
Our Single Cab conversion transforms the Quartermaster into a two-seat vehicle, removing the original rear cab section and replacing it with a purpose-designed fibreglass bulkhead.

The result is considerably more space behind the cab, opening up possibilities for flatbeds, specialist equipment, commercial bodies and expedition habitation units.
We've also developed different rear cab finishes, including enclosed and glazed configurations.

Prices start from £12,000 including VAT.
Extra Cab Conversion

Want more load space without sacrificing all the enclosed storage behind the seats?
Our Extra Cab conversion offers a practical middle ground, retaining additional secure storage behind the front seats while allowing a longer rear load area.
It's a versatile option for both working vehicles and more specialist applications.

Prices start from £14,400 including VAT.
Quartermaster Hardtop Canopy
Alongside our cab conversions, Motorcraft Overland Accessories also manufactures a purpose-designed GRP hardtop canopy for the standard Quartermaster pickup.
Designed to complement the Grenadier's original styling, it creates a weather-sealed, enclosed load area suitable for tools, equipment and overlanding gear.

Manufactured in-house, our canopy is available with different rear window and door configurations, alongside Black Raptor and custom paint finishes.
Prices currently start from £3,600 including VAT.
From Quartermaster to Expedition Camper
Our developments extend beyond commercial conversions.
As part of Motorcraft's growing 3.5-tonne expedition vehicle programme, we're also developing compact habitation systems for the Grenadier Quartermaster.

Designed to make the most of a smaller vehicle, these concepts bring together sleeping accommodation, storage and off-grid living features within a practical expedition platform.
The wider range also includes designs based on the Toyota Land Cruiser and Ford Ranger.

More Quartermaster Developments on the Way
We're continuing to explore further applications for the platform, including:
Quartermaster Pickup: An extended pickup tub designed to integrate with the Extra Cab conversion.
Quartermaster Utility: An aluminium flatbed with fold-down sides for commercial, agricultural and specialist applications.
Bespoke expedition bodies: Compact habitation systems tailored to different travel requirements.

These additional models remain in development, with concept images available in our brochure.
Developed and Manufactured in Yorkshire
Our Grenadier conversions draw on the same engineering and manufacturing expertise behind our larger expedition vehicles.
From design and fabrication to GRP manufacturing, vehicle integration and finishing, our team works across multiple disciplines at our 60,000 sq ft factory in Harworth, Doncaster.
With further developments already underway, the Grenadier Quartermaster is becoming an increasingly versatile platform for both work and adventure.
