Motorcraft is one of the UK’s only true end-to-end overland manufacturers. From concept and fabrication through to paint, finishing and expedition-ready delivery, we handle everything in-house. Our vehicles and products are designed for real-world adventure, worldwide travel and long-term reliability with no compromise on capability, comfort or craftsmanship.
What makes Motorcraft different from standard campervan manufacturers?
Our builds are designed specifically for expedition and overland travel, with a focus on durability, off-grid capability, practicality and worldwide adventure use.
Do you offer end-to-end services?
Absolutely! We provide comprehensive service from initial project planning through to final delivery, including all paintwork and finishing. We fit complete habitation units with fully functioning living conditions. With over 35 years of experience, we guide you through every step of turning your vision into reality.
What vehicles do you work with?
We work with a wide range of platforms including: MAN, Mercedes, Iveco, Land Rover, Toyota, Ford Ranger, ex-military trucks, and custom expedition chassis.
Can I visit your facility?
Yes! Our 60,000 sq ft facility in Doncaster hosts open days every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month from 9am-12pm. For weekday visits or consultations, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
Do you offer just accessories, or complete vehicles?
We offer both! MOA (Motorcraft Overland Accessories) creates bespoke, innovative products and manufactures lots of accessories/parts in-house that are available for sale. MAD (Motorcraft Adventure Developments) handles complete vehicle builds and custom projects.

What's included in your Pre-Fabricated Kit?
Our Pre-Fab Kits include all essential elements to create a waterproof, lightweight, and incredibly durable foundation. This allows you to focus on the finer details and customisation while we handle the structural foundation.
Are Pre-Fab Kits suitable for DIY builders?
These kits are specifically designed as a cost-effective DIY solution for those who want to build their overland vehicle without full in-house construction. Check out our prefab leaflet and prefab brochure.

Do you build vehicles for full-time travel?
Yes. Our vehicles are designed for long-term off-grid living and worldwide expedition travel.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with comprehensive warranties. Contact us for specific warranty details based on your project type.
PRE-FAB specifics
Can my body have a departure angle taper?
Yes, we can build you a bespoke tapered box on request.
Can I change the interior?
We offer kits at this price due to the efficiencies of mass manufacturing. For any changes, you would need a bespoke build quotation. The interior furniture is supplied but not pre-fitted, so you can arrange it as you wish. Our layouts are just recommendations for how to use the kit’s contents.
Can I change the colour scheme?
You can choose from six colours for your storage cupboard fronts. The habitation box walls are supplied in white only. If you’d like a coloured exterior, our on-site professional painters can do this for an additional cost.
Do the cupboards come fitted?
The interior furniture is delivered assembled but not fitted. We also offer a fitting service for the kit interior.
What happens with my extras?
Any extras you order will be placed inside the body before shipping. If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will send it to your shipping address at no extra cost once available.
Will your subframe fit my truck?
Yes – our subframes are made bespoke to your vehicle. After placing your order, we’ll send you a drawing to fill in with your truck’s dimensions. We’ll then manufacture the subframe to fit.
Can you mount the body onto my truck?
Yes – if you bring your truck to our Doncaster, UK facility, we can lift the body onto it and bolt it in place for a small fee, so you can drive away with your new kit.
