This aluminium corner block represents Motorcraft Adventure Developments' approach to component manufacturing for expedition vehicle applications. When existing market solutions failed to meet our structural requirements for habitation unit mounting systems, we developed an in-house solution.

The component serves as a critical junction point, providing secure panel mounting whilst maintaining the structural integrity required for demanding expedition environments.

Integrated Design and Manufacturing

Our manufacturing process begins with conceptual design, progressing through CAD development to precision machining. The entire workflow is managed internally, ensuring quality control throughout each stage of production.

The corner block is machined from solid aluminium using five-axis CNC technology, allowing complex geometries to be achieved with exceptional accuracy. Manufacturing time is optimised to several hours per component, with white polymer brackets precision-fitted during final assembly.

Post-machining processes include manual finishing to ensure proper bracket alignment and panel fitment. Each component undergoes quality inspection before release.
