This MAN HX77 8×8 expedition platform represents a true world first - engineered by Motorcraft Adventure Developments with the first-ever torsion-free subframe fitted to an HX77. Built in close collaboration with One Life, Truck It, the project saw the truck stripped to a bare chassis before being transformed with a bespoke subframe and a 9.5-metre custom habitation box, complete with integrated doors, windows, rear slide-out platform and full exterior paint. Designed to withstand extreme terrain while providing a rock-solid foundation for long-term off-grid living, this HX77 showcases what’s possible when uncompromising engineering meets bold ambition.
